Terms of Service
These terms apply to the consulting services that Anastasiia Fokina sells through heeyanne.com. Please read them before you pay.
1. The service
A 3-week consulting package for experts who promote their business on Instagram. It includes:
- three one-to-one video consultations with me, one per week, on setting up an AI agent for your social media, your content plan, carousel and Reels templates, and your marketing strategy;
- access to video lectures on setting up your AI agent.
The consultations take place online, by video call, at times we agree in advance.
2. Price and payment
- The price of the package is €890 (EUR).
- Payment is a one-time card payment through Stripe, using a secure payment link that I send you. I do not see or store your full card details.
- After payment you receive a confirmation by e-mail. If you need an invoice, send me your billing details.
3. Start and scheduling
We agree the start date before payment. If you need to move a consultation, tell me as early as possible and we will find a new time.
4. What is not included
Subscriptions to AI tools and other third-party services are not included in the price. You pay for them directly to the providers. You need your own accounts with these services, a computer and a stable internet connection.
5. Your responsibilities
- Provide the information and materials needed for the work (for example, information about your business and examples of your content).
- You are responsible for the content you publish and for following the rules of the platforms and services you use.
- Access to the video lectures is personal: please do not share it or redistribute the materials.
6. Results
I share methods, tools and my professional opinion. Results on Instagram depend on your niche, your offer, your work and many factors outside my control, so I do not guarantee any specific number of followers, reach, clients or sales.
7. Intellectual property
The video lectures and my materials remain my property; you receive a personal, non-transferable licence to use them for your own business. The content plan, templates and strategy created for your business during the consultations are yours to use.
8. Withdrawal and refunds
Your right of withdrawal and the refund rules are described in the Refund and Withdrawal Policy, which forms part of these terms.
9. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, my liability is limited to the amount you paid for the package. This does not apply in cases of wilful misconduct or gross negligence, and nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer under mandatory law.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by Italian law. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory rules of the country where you live, and the courts of your place of residence have jurisdiction where the law provides so.
